Im 5'3.5" GW: 100-105 Rules: + drink at least 80oz of water:: + eat nothing after 8pm:: + drink only water, coffee or diet soda:: + 500 cals or less:: + eat only half of whats infront of me:: + chew sugar less gum... ALL THE TIME!:: + smoke cigs when hungry:: + walk at least 4miles a day:: + do not go out to eat:: + NEVER eat infront of people.. it looks so gross!:: + purge at least once a day:: + no junk food. EVER!:: + write down and blog everything i eat::
