  • Im 5'3.5" GW: 100-105 Rules: + drink at least 80oz of water:: + eat nothing after 8pm:: + drink only water, coffee or diet soda:: + 500 cals or less:: + eat only half of whats infront of me:: + chew sugar less gum... ALL THE TIME!:: + smoke cigs when hungry:: + walk at least 4miles a day:: + do not go out to eat:: + NEVER eat infront of people.. it looks so gross!:: + purge at least once a day:: + no junk food. EVER!:: + write down and blog everything i eat::

  • new plan

    so here's my new plan:

     

    Breakfast : 1 slim fast shake: 180cals

     

    Lunch: 1 slim fast shake: 180cals

     

    Dinner: small salad no dressing 50 cals

     

    day total: 410

     

    and through out the day i have to drink AT LEAST 70oz of water. and i am allowed to have diet coke and black coffee.

    i have stuck to think for about a week. its actually really fucking easy!! the slim fast shakes seriously keep you full for like 5 hours or more. on the can it says "up to 4 hours" but i say its more! but that might be all the water im drinking too haha.

    my friend is doing this with me too. we text eachother at 8pm everynight to check in, we text eachother everything we ate and drank through out the day and we don't eat after 8pm. and my mom swears by the slim fast shakes she she buys them for me. so im saving money and loosing weight. hell yes!

    my friend and i are going for a 4 mile walk...but once she and i get going it usally ends up to be something more like 8 or 9 miles. she and her boyfriend just broke up and she wants to meet new people so we are going to go sit on some patio and drink diet coke and smoke cigarettes haha. we both decided to stop drinking (WAY TOO MANY CALS!!!!!!! and usually a lot of bad choices) so today should be a good one!

  • im back.

    i've been gone for about a month. and im so sorry ladies.

    this last mounth has been awful as far as my intake and outtake. but otherwise i've been great. one of my best friends in the whole world came to visit for a weekend. i haven't seen her in almost 3 years. it was so amazing to see her.

    i met a wonderful man! he's perfect. we are offically exclusive, which i love! he is honestly the best man i have ever dated. he's 26. im 22. whatever. we are great together.

    on the 16th im starting my left arm sleeve. soooo stoked for that!

     

    ok..now what really matters. i am going to get back to my less than 500cals a day plan. i HAVE to. sorry i was gone so long.
